Tara is an amazing and talented instructor. She is highly knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the body and customizes your experience to fit the needs of your body. I LOVE Yoga Underground! It has been a wonderful place to lose myself, relax, stretch, and reset. I would recommend this place to anyone. I withheld one star for 2 reasons: 1) the floor is often dusty or has dog-hair on it, and 2) after an especially hard day, I went to yoga to regroup.... more

The best climbing gym around. Creative climbs especially in the bouldering area. Ratings are slightly underrated but for the most part dead on. Highly recommend. We recently took a canyoneering class from Tanner.... more
