Tara is an amazing and talented instructor. She is highly knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the body and customizes your experience to fit the needs of your body. My body is older and my muscles have been neglected and even with two much younger bodies in the class, she's been able to help me strengthen my muscles and progress at the rate my body needed.... more
