This is by far the best CrossFit gym in Utah! They legit treat you like family and you feel like family. You also get crazy results. I leave the gym stronger every day!. This studio is excellent! They have multiple styles and great instructors that allow for a beautiful practice. If you are looking for some challenging yoga definitely attend. They also have modifications and the instructors are always willing to help with modifications for easier or harder poses.... more
