This studio is excellent! They have multiple styles and great instructors that allow for a beautiful practice. If you are looking for some challenging yoga definitely attend. They also have modifications and the instructors are always willing to help with modifications for easier or harder poses.
Love this studio! Been searching for the right studio for awhile now, and this is by far the best and nicest one in the area. They have so many classes to choose from, and great instructors that can teach you at any level. I look forward to coming here every week!
I can not say enough about this studio since Anthony and Valerie have owned it! I was so exited when a hot yoga studio was coming to Utah County but the vibes there weren't good. Once Valerie and Anthony bought it, the feeling, the classes, the vibes - everything has changed 1000 times for the better. I recommend this studio (and Odaka Yoga) to anyone and everyone whether you have never done yoga or if you are an veteran! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
I get massages here also and the massage therapists are wonderful.

I have a student membership and have been trying to cancel my "month-to-month" subscription for two months now, meaning they have now charged me $100 that I did not want charged. I emailed the address listed on the website to cancel, and the email was outdated. I called the studio to cancel, and was told to send an email to a different address. I did so. I got no response, so I visited in person to cancel twice. I was told to send an email, and if that didn't work to come back and visit at 1pm on a certain day. That is very difficult with my family's work schedule, but I was able to show up and nobody was at the desk. In total I have sent four emails to three different addresses hoping for a reply. My account is still active. I will be calling my bank and asking them to block future charges.
Personal complaint that does not affect my rating: Most classes at this studio are vinyasa classes that do not allow time to hold and perfect postures. If I was a little more experienced this might not be an issue (the classes are great otherwise). When I joined, I decided to regularly attend a 26 Postures class, but when the instructor moved the class was cancelled. I loved Sadie's Yin class, but a class once a week is not worth the money to me. I will unfortunately be doing my practice at home from now on. If I do return to the studio for a session (I love the instructors!), I will be paying cash.

I went here for the first time this morning and I plan to come here about every day forever. I felt so comfortable with the instructions for new students, the easy membership options online, and the easy class reservation system. I felt very welcomed and did not mind being a complete beginner! I loved the hot yoga class and felt like I could go my own pace. The decor and the restroom is gorgeous and I felt like royalty here! I love the location and can't wait to improve my strength and balance.

The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is, I am very grateful they offer Sunday classes in Utah County, however I wish they offered afternoon classes all weekend Friday Saturday & Sunday! I am actually pretty shocked by the lack of classes on Friday and Saturday.

Yogis in search of a studio should also take all of the 5 star reviews mentioned here with a grain of salt: they ran a promotion and required a high review in order to get a discount at the studio.
I would not recommend this studio to any of my friends, nor anyone in the community. From my experience, as well as several others I have spoken with, management will charge your card a reoccurring fee even when it is not stated ANYWHERE that this will happen. When this happened to me and I asked for a refund, I was told "There is a contract on file, that was verified by you, with all of the terms outlined very clearly." Note to readers: I never signed a contract, nor agreed to these terms.
When I asked to see the contract I received this response from the manager: "I was going to highlight the portion of your contract that outlines this issue. The wording just isn't there." I still have not received this contract that I apparently signed...
I finally did receive my refund, but only after weeks of calls, emails and pushing the manager to provide proof.
These are poor, unethical business practices and the studio should be held responsible.

Had a great experience at the 5:15 am class! New to Yoga and first class I was in the teacher helped me stand basically on my head haha. You'll burn tons of calories and feel focused the whole day at work.
I loved the yoga for the first year+ and the instructors, but after that they created problems with my account that were never resolved -- i.e. requiring you to sign up for a 5-year membership on their online platform where you have to reserve class spots when you ALREADY have a month-to-month contract you've been billed for.
If you ever have issues with your contract or membership billing, they will not return phone calls or emails. They will just continue charging you for as long as it is (or can be) ignored. I documented it all. I called multiples times. I visited the studio and sent a half dozen emails to the Inbalance email address THEY said I had to contact in order to get it resolved, with no resolution. This took place over the space of months. Months.
Horrible customer support that ends up making you feel like you're getting scammed, which is ironic for a business that's supposed to provide peace.
Inbalance Yoga offers a great studio to start and refine your practice. The studio is clean and welcoming with a knowledgeable and kind staff. As well as cubbies to hold all your stuff during class, they also have locker rooms and showers that are well maintained. I love coming to Inbalance.

Jen Schnabel is very deceitful. In August 2016, my wife transferred ownership of its Yoga Alliance account. She has never had any Yoga Alliance ties to this business since. Yet, still Jen insists on spreading defamatory stories about my wife. She claims that my wife has never transferred ownership, nor has ever been willing to transfer it. These are complete lies, which can be verified with multiple paper trails from multiple trainees who have been seeking their certificates of training from InBalance. Let me be clear: this has nothing to do with current or past yoga teachers at Inbalance, and everything to do with Jennifer Schnabel, the owner. She has spread enough lies about this situation already. We are asking all potential trainees and customers to be aware of this deceitful behavior, which like I said before, can be verified. Look out for a pseudo-kind response from her to this review, in which she will likely deny everything that I've written and also attempt to spread more lies about my wife and I. I've been going to Inbalance Yoga for the past 8 months and have loved my experience there! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and there are so many classes to choose from you can find something that works for you personally. I love all of the choices in classes and teachers- there really is something for everyone whether you are a beginner or have had years of yoga experience.
Shout out to Jen, Kate and all the good folks at In Balance! Been going there for a year now and it just keeps getting better. Beautiful facilities (only hot yoga studio in the area), knowledgeable and very friendly staff.

I had a really awesome experience here. I felt comfortable going as a newbie. The staff and the other students are all so helpful and willing to guide me. The aerial class was a blast too. I left feeling revived each time I went. Definitely worth giving it a try! And they offer a 20$ two week trial period.

Do NOT sign up for a membership here. THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE no matter how hard you try to cancel. I was being charged twice a month for my membership for an entire year. I would have to call the studio every month to correct this, until ultimately it became too much of a pain and I decided to cancel my membership all together. I cancelled my membership in June in person and via email. When I realized I was STILL being charged I've tried calling the studio and the owner many times, and every time I'm told the message will be passed on. The owner has told me on the phone she will resolve the issue, but every time I send an email, the email is ignored. I am still unable to get any resolution even though I have left countless voicemails and sent emails. Unless you want to sign up for a lifetime membership and be charged till the end of time, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! There are many other studios that will honor their contracts and show amazing customer service.
This is one of the best places to do yoga in Utah. After shopping around for a fair amount of time to find the right place, we found that inBalnce offers you the best of everything. Their instructors are extremely knowledgeable and they are sensitive to people of all levels. I am a beginner and I never feel pressure to have to keep up and do advanced poses that I am not ready for yet. The atmosphere is also a major part of what I love here. The studios are beautiful and there is a steam room. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio, it will change your practice for the better!
My first time here was WOW, this is a fancy studio. As far as looks and impressiveness goes, this is one of my top studios to go to.
The studio seems very new and modern. The teacher I went was a personal a friend. She was excellent.
They also offer arial yoga and acro yoga, even hot yoga.
Inbalance has fantastic instructors. Their Yoga Studio rooms are clean and also the floors are padded- which makes some poses much more comfortable. Each class brings great energy and variety. I love the oils used on the ice cold towels at the end of practice. All in all, Inbalance is a great place to practice yoga.
