Great yoga classes, a lot of various classes are offerred 7 days a week, several options for pricing, i.e. drop in, x number of sessions, unlimited etc. Have had 2 different instructors and both are very qualified.... more
Went a while back. Did not work at all. Didn't feel like writing a review until i saw research the harmful consequences votiva has where women actually suffer more than actually help Do your research! These cost in the thousands only for it to do more harm? Decided to do a review since it's absurd that they spread the idea of self-love yet sell so many products that 'fix' your body.... more

Really bad, I used to go a few years back with my child but one day i could not go so I just left my child and went to pick him up when class ended and when I got there my child was crying and was sad because my child was just waiting outside for me to arrive with another classmate which is also a friend and they told himhe couldnt wait for me outside that it was too dangerous and they made both of them do 100 push ups in front of everybody therefore embarrasing them infront of everybody.... more

Nice gym, good and adequate amenities. There is plenty of disinfectant spray but not enough paper towel dispensers. Hand sanitizer is frequently out and bathroom soap is frequently out.... more
Gym layout is really good. You don't have to be jumping from one end of the gym to another to find the next workout station. I only see 2 things wrong with this gym. One is the water fountain.... more
I am senior citizen . No senior oriented classes: gentle yoga, stretch, low impact aerobics. They charge a lot for maintenance fee. The gym is always dirty, the machines broken. Be aware if you want to cancel your membership they will charge you an extra month.... more
