Dropped in and really enjoyed the experience! Great facility with plenty of space for working out. Everything was clean and organized efficiently, which is always a plus. Definitely coming back in the future.

Crossfit New Force is one of the best and nicest CrossFit gyms in the valley. Tons of equipment, showers, restrooms and the facility is very clean. The wod was really good with a strength portion and then a nice wod after it. What I really like about it was the dynamic group warmup to get nice and warm for the class. The only downside was that there seemed to be about 40 people in the 530 pm class which from a business perspective is an awesome problem to have but for the two coaches it seemed a bit overcrowded.

The facilities and coaches are great! I've been doing Crossfit for about 2 months now, and I was in town for the holidays. The staff was very friendly, and helped me perfect my form on different lifts. Overall great experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this box when I am in town.

Excellent Crossfit box! Very welcoming box, super clean and very friendly owners. Equipment was top notch and it's a great box for Drop-ins!

I had never done CrossFit before but as I was in McAllen visiting family my cousin talked me into going. We showed up for the 8:30 class and the gym was very impressive. The facilities are great and lots of space and equipment. As this was my first time doing crossfit, one of the instructors (Jaye) walked me through all of the movements and helped me get everything set up. Jaye was incredibly attentive and supportive and made sure to focus my time on helping me do the motions right. All in all I had a great time. The workout was challenging for sure and I would definitely come back again.
