Amazing experience and the absolute best place to have a birthday party! The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating! One of my favorite studios in town. The owner is kind and welcoming as well as very knowlegable about her practice. Studio 7 is fabulous. I am a slow learner and not very naturally athletic. I am also a delightfully chunky person. Studio 7 works with my limits and my body and has helped me get really strong! They are extremely inclusive to people who are not thin, including if a move needs to be modified a tad to better suit your body.... more
