The place is always clean, supplies are always full. Staff is friendly and able to answer any question and If I need help someones always available.

If you sign up with my name, we can both benefit! It's a good clean place to go to use all kinds of machines. It's like physical therapy for my knees just a whole lot cheaper, and military vets get a discount. My wife has lost 80 pounds, and I have not yet! :)

I absolutely love Planet Fitness, and go every chance I get! I'm always made to feel welcome. The facility is always nice and clean, including the locker rooms, which surprises me. Genuinely one of the best gyms I've ever been to, and I went to a lot before finally calling Planet Fitness on Riverside my home!

I love this location both for its convenience to where I live, as well as for the atmosphere. It's not a massive facility, but it has everything you need to get a good workout. Cardio equipment is always available, and there are enough types of each machine. The staff are all nice, and have helped me find my keys I lost at a station.

Spent some time looking for a gym and this place meets all of my needs. I recommend this location. The staff are awesome.

I'm disappointed in my service with this location. Especially the payment methods. I paid my payment with the actually general manager. We spoke about new equipment and I made suggestions to better the location. He have me a paper receipt and I went on my way. This was last Tuesday, since them everytime I scan my card a loud embarrassing notice comes up "Passed Due See Manager!" The employees just tell me they will fix it and I workout. Its still not fixed and it's embarrassing. Its bad enough I have to dodge all the meth addicts in the parking lot and constantly worry about my safet at this location. And the staff can't do their jobs on top of that. Sad Planet Fitness just Sad!

BE WARNED: They're "unlimited" membership ($22) is only good at locations within the "franchise." So you think you're buying access to all of their thousand gyms, but it's really only to 20 or 50, who knows. If you stay in one spot that's cool, but not if you travel.
And it took many hours of research before I found this out and they finally told me!

The staff at 71st and Riverside are very nice and hardworking. The location is great, nice large floor with plenty of equipment to be able to get a good exercise. The locker room is always clean as well.

Wow! What an amazing facility. So bright and clean. Loved the layout and the locker room was great. Only negative, some pillars were in the way of viewing the televisions.

Love the massage chairs and beds. Late night is good specially a freedom to walk around and for the workout nice clean place friendly staff.

Place is equipped with about 75% of cardio machines but there are weights and machine to accommodate your needs. Place maintains with sanitary spray and wide variety. Just go and do you. You'll love it

It's clean, has proper equipment, and nobody bothers you.
OH also stand up tanning is amazing, no more getting BBQed by lay down beds.

The staff person that works the night shift is very friendly, he is always ready to help or get the customers what they need. He keeps the facts. VERY clean. He is always scrubbing or doing some kind of cleaning every day.

I love Planet Fitness! The gym is very clean and the people are very nice! After my workout on the PF30 or Elliptical I always treat myself to a Hydro Massage!

For a planet fitness, this location is pleasant and enjoyable. Sometimes out of paper towels or machines have an issue -- but the staff will always address it if you bring it up.

Love this place. I feel very comfortable being here while I'm trying to get into shape. I never feel judged. This facility is very clean.

Getting back to a healthy me. This place is clean and the staff is helpful and so nice. My trainer is amazing and worked with me to come up with an exercise plan that fit my goals. I was worried that I would feel out of place since I am not a fit person, but that was not further from the truth. No judgment and everyone is nice and encouraging even the really fit people. So glad I joined and I love the massage chair and tanning. Stop thinking about it and just join you won't be disappointed.

Great place to workout for big an small people. Is favored towards loosing weight an beginners. Circuit room is great for someone to loose weight an gain muscle without bulking up, or someone with little knowledge of free weights. Best planet facility in tulsa area. Great bang for the buck!!!

I just don't understand how I'm supposed to lift quietly. I mean goodness gracious. I understand the no bullying make everyone feel comfortable but real fitness takes aggressive musculoskeletal audible reiteration. I do enjoy the hydro massage bed. I don't recommend men laying on their stomachs though. The water on high level will over gigglate your scrotum. Causing decrease in sperm count.

It's been a great experience! Most of the workers are very friendly, they have way too many new ones. But people just don't want to work these days. The new trainer is awesome! Love all the different, new techniques and freestyle workouts.. the temperature has been a lot better in the gym lately. it's not as cold! I have no complaints..

I can not say this is better than a negative star. When you are talked about and mocked or ridiculed behind your back and you can hear it. And then you ask and there is no shame. It is rude and beyond what PF stans for. But it is everytime you walk in the door.
That is a start of my complaint...
I have no idea why anyone uses this gym. After being in gyms in the surrounding states this one is the worst. Way bad.
We had been treated differently in different gyms that includes outside Tulsa and we got upset that everything we grew to love was not what they did here. The same stuff here is half the equipment but tge attitude here reflects the NFL attitude you see but we just want service and how we were treated at every other PF not in Tulsa. But the backlash everytime you come through the door is enough to take this complaint further but the manager and general manager does not care and PF online does not want to tell Tulsa they are wring. Here is a portion to my story....
And PF has to be making its money on those who sign up and not use it. But why would you? If you are serious you aren't going to this gym.
Watch out for hidden fees and dishonest personel.
Saying your sorry "and that's the way we do it" Repeatedly! That is being paid $9 an hour to offer no customer service. None zilch. Just to make sure rules are applied that no one else does.
I have to repeat this. They offer no customer service.
They have no full body enhancement (aka redlight). They do not allow you to sit in the massage chairs for over ten minutes. You can not have access to turn the tvs in the massage chair while you are the only one in the chairs. No one is watching. And every other state... you get the remote!
No other surrounding states PF does the strange odd lack of providing normal stuff and they have all machines. No, they lack machines throughout. Like they just planned to cut things short everywhere and hope you do not notice. (Guys, it is obvious.)
And the gym is never full. Who cares if the machine you do want sits in the 30minute zone not elsewhere or the only one is occupied. But they monitor unused machines!!!
And after starting in a different state that provided a swipe card to the permanent guest, forget them treating that guest as an equal or less than a hassle.
The mindset here is terrible. It is not about service. It is to fill the hours and dust but other than that any assistance outside a very strict can do list there are no provisions of service.
It has a child sitter with guidelines to not do. Forget the competition, forget other gyms, the rules here are strict and do not even think about it. It is (whatever you thought) is forbidden. No judgement but you must COMPLY LIKE A NAZI.
And then they want to gradually pump prices up. I could imagine they have to. It is empty and horrible.
Oh, I have not even started but if... If this was a restaurant EXPECT to fill your own drink and this isnt Wendy's you went to McGills! Then get your food from the kitchen yourself, too! And still tip $20. For no service. Oh, did you get a second side!? We do not do that here!
And now that they made the prices higher (those coming in new) you have to wipe everything down now. This was part of the job those standing their swiping cards were pAid to do previously. What next? Clean the shower and mop the floors?
But the help is not judgement free. The is constant negative comments and backlashing.

This place rocks the trainer Patrick is helpful and always around to help if you need it and so are the other employees. If you need help with a machine just ask and they will help you understand how it works. I also enjoy how clean and well kept the gym is.

I have been utilizing the facilities for about nine months. My compliments to the staff, as they are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is always well maintained, and staffed. I'm impressed with all the benefits of the VIP membership. And especially, for the LOW cost of $20.00 per month with a facility that's open 24/7. As with anything in life, if you look hard enough... you can find fault with any organization and/or thing. But, as for me and my family, we will continue to enjoy and appreciate what we have with Planet Fitness.
