Wasn't sure what to expect with gym dues being so low but I'm actually very impressed. The equipment is very well maintained and updated regularly. It is also the cleanest gym I have ever belonged to! The equipment, locker room and facility itself is kept spotless. Also, the staff is very friendly and actually greets me by name when I walk in. A 5 star facility all the way around!

This is the cleanest location by far. Also has the most caring staff. The managers here do a fantastic job running things and keeping up with their staff and gym. Would recommend to any and all of my friends

I do not enjoy working out. I really like 10 gym on 31st. The people are great and friendly never intimidating. The classes offered are amazing and there is something for everyone at every level. Patti is one of the best trainers. She is compassionate knowledgeable and I guarantee you will see results. I wish they offered more yoga classes in the evening, but other than that this place is great!!!!

I enjoy exercising at 10 gym. With my membership l can visit any location and bring a guest anytime I visit for just 21.69 a month. A swimming pool or hot tub would be a great.

This became my gym back in May. I have absolutely enjoyed this gym. It is very clean and they have a lot of equipment. I really like the cost and the access to the Broken Arrow location which has a pool. Staff is friendly and signing up was very straightforward. I have not been able to workout during a time they have group sessions but I would imagine they are well done based on everything else I have seen there.

They say.. most gyms are the same, blah blah blah.. well.. that's simply not true... when you walk in you will probably be greeted by the friendliest girl on the planet.. All of them are nice .. but you will know who I am talking about when you meet her :)

It has its peak busy hours like all gyms, but I have never had to wait to do any thing, so it's not bad at all.
And clean!! Seems like there is someone cleaning
All the Time!!

It's a nice gym with a lot of different equipment. It's never crowded and it's bigger than the old gym. It's never really hot inside or particularly cold. Also, it is very clean! (And there's free WiFi) The trainers are always willing to help and the membership is at a decent price.

I like the gym and the people. The place is well maintained and is kept clean. There are several people that frequent this location that have been members for many years. Nice to see friendly and familiar faces. There are also lots of class options to choose from. The aerobic focused classes are always happening and appear to be lots of fun with lots of participants.

Unhappy with the services. Had one of my towels bleached and experienced a rude manager who charged me 15 dollars for a new guest/day pass. When I came on my guest visit it was free. Id rather pay more for better. Thanks.

Depending on the time you go it's great. They are not 24hrs as they advertise. Horribly busy in the evenings to the point you have to wait in line to use a machine. I won't be renewing my membership.

Staff very nice, older equipment, equipment and bathrooms not as clean compared to some other gyms I have been in.

The tulsa store is my favorite one plus is the cleanest. 10 gym offeres a lot of choices for equipment versus Planet Fitness were your Limited. I always goto tulsa 10gym.

This year marks my 20th year into my lifetime membership. I have always loved training at 10 Gym (All American). I moved and started going to the East Club new location. Wow! I love training here. Great people to train with in the morning and a super staff. They constantly clean EVERYTHING! The a.m. staff is awesome--thank you Linda, Amara, Brenda, Kim, Claire & Jose` for taking such great care of us!

I started going to the gym and I really like this gym. The place is pretty clean and I have never felt awkward going to workout here. The staff is very helpful.

I joined this gym after belonging to Planet Fitness for a couple of years. I thought I might enjoy going to the classes offered at 10Gym. Everyone was friendly and the place was always clean but I had two problems: First, their tanning beds... the tanning beds have little bitty, teeny-tiny changing areas. I couldn't get dressed without bumping the walls with my elbows and knees. Also, they didn't change their bulbs often enough. The last couple of time I went it did absolutely no good because the bulbs were old and weak. My second complaint, and the main reason for writing this review, is that when my year was up and I decided to cancel I went to the club and was told I need to email my cancellation notice to some address, along with the reason why I want to cancel. This frustrated me greatly because I signed up at the club, why couldn't I cancel at the club?? Then when I sent the email I didn't hear back for several days. When I did hear back the email didn't say my membership was cancelled, it said my cancellation was pending. I called to ask why it was pending they said it will be cancelled AFTER my next payment. My year was up, why does it need to wait??? Furthermore, if they had answered the email immediately, it would have been before my October payment went through and that could have been my last payment instead of November being my last payment. Extremely frustrating since my year was up and I was not under contract. It felt very much like they were trying to make sure they got every penny out of me!

Shout out to Ms Debi for 10am functional fitness Wednesday!
Thoroughly enjoyed the class...she explained the moves...was so encouraging and engaging. She is such a sweet, quiet spirited lady.
The class really works out every part of the body at a pace that is good for newbies and experts Again...shout out to Debi!!! You go girl!!!! Journey on.

If you looking for a great environment to train in this is the place to go. The staff are extremely nice. The equipment is extremely nice and clean. Overall this is a solid gym.

Now speaking to the very friendly and understanding staff I understand why there's the equipment that there is at the gym. The whole family friendly and "home" feel aspect that they are going for is very much here. It's a good gym.

I've been a member si ce 2 years ago and I never had any complaints about the staff or the facility. Now they opened the new 31st and mingo location and it's amazing. The location it's bigger and it has more and new equipment. It feels great to come and get my workout done!
