Treadmills older models half do not work but the convenience is what I am looking for and they have the basics.

Shelly is wonderful. Great spirit and truly helpful. Rejoined after permanently relocating to the area. Love the cleanliness and comfortable gym atmosphere. Machines, weight, and equipment are organized in an intuitive fashion. Ladies restroom is always clean and stocked with toiletries which is nice. Membership price is something you can't beat for the quality plus it's never crowded.

Great variety of cardio, weights, and machines to target all areas. The staff keeps the gym very clean! I like that I can go anytime day or night, and it never seems to be crowded.

Need to go they are great, I work out there three times a week it's comfortable and I don't feel self-conscious it's pretty great

I have been working out here for over a year and i love the environment! The staff are incredibly nice when it comes to working out a contract with you, And the gyms stays impressively clean.

Love this place, it's not ever too crowded and it's super affordable! The owner is such a wonderful lady and makes sure there is equipment that the members actually will use. She has been doing so many great updates lately......love it!
