I have been working out at 405 since they have been in Norman. I love the group of people that I workout with. The workouts are challenging but everyone encourages one another and they coaches are very accommodating to anyone that has restrictions and will find a alternative exercises that people can do if they are not able to perform a specific movement for that day.... more

Took my buddy bouldering here when we were in town for the day, nice place, the bouldering grades are very soft so just keep that in mind. Not that it really matters in the first place, but if you've been to other gyms you might be surprised by the level you can climb at here.... more

Pretty expensive but the party packs come with someone to help you coordinate and clean up everything, which is great. Very fun for kids but a pricey outing..Great workout following my 12 and 2 year old daughters! Not busy if you can make it on a weekday before noon.... more

Sophie is the best.Does not answer their phones. No clue what they do or when they do it..Hate to be negative but this place was horrible. It was hot inside, my "30 minute massage" lasted about 15 minutes, the lady working there didn't understand English so asking a question was a waste of time and when I paid she suddenly spoke English and asked for a tip! Save your money, go somewhere else.... more
