I have been a client of Fitness One since it opened up and it was my second favorite gym of all time. The first gym had an indoor track, pool and changing rooms. I left there because they closed too early for my schedule and I went to Fitness One and loved it.... more

I joined this gym after the new year when the 10 dollar gyms got crazy busy. No regrets. Super friendly staff never have to wait on equipment and very clean facilities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.... more
