Great group of staff! Toured the gym today. Shea showed us around the gym and was so kind and helpful!. I have the preferred membership, however the manager of the gym told me to my face that he would not honor the contract involved in the membership as I am no longer able to bring a guest or use many of the facilities I pay for.... more
They continued charging me several months after I had cancelled. Staff passed the buck to a customer service hotline. There are so many negative reviews here for a reason.. Only used the parking lot.... more
