Equivita is an incredible place. Their massage therapy and mental health services can't be beat. Barb and Betsy were so good to me and I've never had a counselor like Nan. You have to go!

This place is a one-stop shop! They have so many great, fun classes so you will never get bored with the variety. Hoop stomp, yoga, and zumba are just a few. Also, if you're sore from your workout, or if you've just had a stressful week, you can get a great massage from one of their licensed massage therapists.

Equivita takes a look at bodies wholly and peices together the best strategy based on your individual needs. Excellent facility including Yoga, Spinning and massage therapy.
