This morning I attended my first virtual yoga session with instructor Valerie Williams. Her class was amazing! Her tone was was soothing, her voice was clear and kept at a comfortable pace for beginners like myself!! Looking forward to regaining my flexibility with the stretches I learned today.... more

I love the pricing, instructors, and how each class is different and challenging... but I feel like the place could use a cleaning. It is very distracting sometimes. The floor needs swept and mopped at the least.... more
Nice staff they got here, and the facilities are top notch. Good gym but buy a really good lock. People steal from the locker room. It's also too loud here during circuit days. My ear buds are nearly maxed out and I'm on another floor and I still have a hard time hearing over it.... more
