Highly recommend classes at Rise! It's a great full body 30 minute workout and helps burn more calories than most other workouts. Always enjoy the instructors keeping the music and classes fresh as well!.... more

Nice staff they got here, and the facilities are top notch. Good gym but buy a really good lock. People steal from the locker room. It's also too loud here during circuit days. My ear buds are nearly maxed out and I'm on another floor and I still have a hard time hearing over it.... more
