My Thai massage was some glorious combination of a physical therapy, yoga, and massage. I started an exercise program six months ago and have had hip pain off and on. Walking out of Studio 11 I felt better (and pain free).

I received a 3-week unlimited pass as a gift for the holidays, and was hooked from day 1! Sometimes I even popped in for classes 3 times in a day. The instructors are knowledgable, give clear and articulate cues, are authentic, AND the studio has a nurturing vibe. One of my favorite classes are Thursday night pilates with Ava!
Clean studio, easy to find & access. Instructor was friendly and kind. I took "Intermediate Pilates". Unfortunately the instructor arrived late, when I got there the studio was still locked up. The class just seemed unorganized. A lot of wasted time getting weights and bands etc. Usually the instructor tells you what to get ahead of time so you're all ready to go and the class can move along, but there were so many pauses, I didn't feel like I got a workout. It didn't feel like true or proper Pilates. After class the instructor kept saying that the class wasn't normally like that & I should come back on a different day. I have a tight schedule and limited time for workouts so I can't waste my time on classes that I get nothing from. Sadly, I won't be going back.

As a yoga teacher and a Thai Massage practitioner I appreciate the Studio 11 community and management. It's an easy place to work and provide high quality services. I like that Tiiu, the owner, takes the time to build relationships with the instructors and students.I like that we make the studio accessible to seasoned students and new folks. I like that students and teachers get to know each other and become community here. It makes a difference! Namaste.

Studio 11 was my first yoga studio experience. I have gone to classes and taught at other studios, but are always drawn back to Studio 11. I love the Tremont neighborhood and Studio 11 has become a staple in the community especially since they've been here for more than 10 years. Many of the teachers have 8+ years teaching. Each class has it's own little community that welcomes people in with open arms. I feel at home at Studio 11, it offers everything I want in a studio and more

Studio 11 is a warm and welcoming space for our Music Together classes! We love the neighborhood feel, the easy access by foot or car and the vibe of the studio.
