This magical yogi haven located above Nano Brew is the perfect space for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike. Vision's classes are small enough that you will get one on one attention from the teachers every single time you attend. This was crucial to me deepening my practice and flourishing as a yogi. Each class is challenging in its own unique way, whether it's physical or mental stimulation. And on top of it all, their massage therapists are top notch - Theresa is hands down one of the best, I have had so many mobility challenges and after just one session with her I had increased mobility - she really is a miracle worker. I can't say enough good things about this studio - I HOGHLY recommend it!

Sinéad is a great teacher! From her creative flows and transitions, her detailed explanation of the poses and alignment, down to the playlist that is always perfect.
Becky is an amazing teacher. She's able to weave in relaxation with hard work.

I am stretching things in my body that were declared "lost for good ". After only three classes, I realized that I need more yoga in my life as it is extremely relaxing and I feel that if taken to a higher level even life changing. I'm hooked to Yoga :) Thank you for all the positive energy. I now smile twice as much.
