I don't even know where to begin with the positive things I have to say about this place! I have always enjoyed working out, but would get bored lifting at a regular gym. When I first walked into Jai, one woman went running up to another one and gave her a flying hug. I was then warned that if I kept coming I would get hugged too. That's a pretty good picture of the openness and welcoming vibe at this studio.... more

I will start with the good. They have a lovely facility that is clean and they are reasonably quick to repair any damages to floor mats caused by weights dropping. The 6:00 AM traffic was favorable and the showers were always clean with the other members always acting in a respectful manner.... more
