I will start with the good. They have a lovely facility that is clean and they are reasonably quick to repair any damages to floor mats caused by weights dropping. The 6:00 AM traffic was favorable and the showers were always clean with the other members always acting in a respectful manner.
However, the billing side of the business can only be described as predatory. When meeting with their sales rep I inquired about the different plans and asked for a month to month membership because I was interviewing out of area. I was assured that I could take on a month by month plan allowing me to cancel anytime. What they did not highlight was that I would need to pay a hefty cancellation fine for doing so and that my account would be set to auto renewal.
COVID-19 time. I called to cancel my membership and was directed to their billing support platform. In calling them I was told I needed to pay them what they were owed during the shut-down period before they could process my cancellation. I followed their instructions to then be told they cannot process it and I must go though the club email. In emailing the club I was told that I would then need to wait until they reopen so they can process my request in-person.
Been going there a long time. This afternoon Craig (membership manager)spent some time with corporate getting my billing straightened out while I waited. Thanks for your help !
Never actually used this gym but have been charged $85.98 over the course of the past 2 months. A friend gave me a referral, I went to see what the gym was talking about, signed up for the free trial that came with a 30 day money back guarantee, cancelled within 15 minutes of leaving the gym and yet I'm still currently being charge. Have yet to receive a refund or hear from a manager. Was told Craig B would call me today, when I called back I was informed that he doesn't even work today. Horrible customer service! It shouldn't take this long to get a refund especially if you never used their gym. AND cancelled within 15 minutes of speaking with a member. Only gave 1 star because GOOGLE forced me to.

The customer service here was amazing!! This is the only place that trainers are so involved with everyone, and the front desk staff are so nice!!

Run down. Strength equipment was beat. Weights didn't seem accurate. Rather depressing. The 30 day's free trial they boast is ONLY for locals....bs. The child care room is boring and depressing too but the ladies are nice.

I like that they have a variety of classes. However, they advertise "30 days free" and as soon as you come in they pressure you to join right away. The gym is beautiful. The "Be fit" class is amazing. Nonetheless, the gym contract is for 2 years and you shouldn't have to feel like you're being backed in to a wall to join, and that's how I feel. It definitely diminishes the joy that you should feel for taking a step towards your personal fitness goals. You sort of leave feeling cheated instead of feeling proud of yourself for finally joining a gym. The employees probably feel like they're helping, or like they are motivating. This is not the case. My advise is to not go so hard. It's not a good look.

Such a great gym! Everyone is so welcoming and we all act like one big family :D I trained with Dillon Hassett for six months and HIGHLY recommend him. He pushes you when you need it and is always available for questions and encouragement.... and is hilariously entertaining! I've been a member for almost two years and don't plan on ever going somewhere else!!
Awesome gym with a huge variety of machines and workout and spinning classes in a great, convenient location in Westgate Plaza, so there is never any trouble getting a parking spot! They have a nice, clean locker room with showers which is key as well. I also have a fabulous personal trainer, Dillon, who has pushed me to work harder than I ever have, not only when we're together but also during my other days at the gym and in my nutrition plan. I've never made real progress on my body until I started working with him. On top of that he is super friendly and personable, I seriously look forward to my time with him every week (even though it kicks my butt). Plus it is all super affordable, even for a grad student like me! Highly recommend :D !
I have been a member since this gym has opened. I have made so many new work out buddies and friends. I wanna give a huge shout out to Joanne lebel and her fitness team for constantly kicking my butt in the classes. Have seen a huge difference they r great instructors and deserve a huge pat on the back.
I joined this gym in 2012 and have had a great experience. Friendly and diverse membership, good variety of equipment, clean, well maintained locker room and courteous, helpful staff. I've also worked with several of the personal trainers and all have been highly professional, knowledgeable and totally focused on my health and fitness goals.
Joined this gym the day i turned 18 and have been a member ever since! Great atmosphere, employees and trainers are ALWAYS friendly, and there are tons of different options for your workouts. The Group Ex classes are my favorite - the instructors know how to keep it fun while giving you a total butt kicking! Definitely recommend this gym over any other!
