I don't even know where to begin with the positive things I have to say about this place! I have always enjoyed working out, but would get bored lifting at a regular gym. I tried my first class at HiiT it With Britt 3 years ago, nervous of course to walk into a new place that was full of people but from day 1, there was nothing but love and support. Britt and the other trainers made it a point to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome.
The classes are difficult in a sense that they are designed to challenge you but there is NOTHING to be intimidated by. Each trainer is super friendly and will help you with any questions you have before or during the workout. If you are just beginning and need to modify things to fit your fitness level, the trainers will help you without you feeling ashamed or embarrassed.
The other HIITers are so supportive and will help you, inspire you, and encourage you to do your best. I cannot stress enough how much this gym has changed me both physically and mentally. Anyone who is on the fence about coming here, I challenge you to just take one class (your first class is FREE to try!) and see what an amazing community Britt has created.
