I think this gym is pretty good considering its size. However I do think the staff could enforce more a no phone policy. I've been here for 2 hours most days and I always see the same people on the machine on phones.... more

Very helpful and friendly staff and more than enough space to train and use equipment . Worth the money!. Clean and very under crowded. However, I went there a couple of times during posted hours when the place was locked down! Very annoying.... more
The gym is nice, clean and convenient- staff seems pleasant enough but TVs are always broken as well as some equipment which is annoying- also my gym membership fee is increased every year without notice which I feel is very shady for which is supposed to be a reputable sports club! Shame on them!!.... more

Carlos and Lucio both have great knowledge on the Herballife products, they make the transition go smoothly when it comes to trying the products.. A great experience, the staff there treat you like family and with each visit I learn new things about nutrition and calarie intake.... more
I love this gym. Machines are always available when I go. Spacious and clean and excellent service.. The owner is a con artist. He gives you a price over the phone . When you show up in person he gives you a more expensive quote and gives excuses.... more
Not overly populated ever! Clean and well kept locker room and equipment. I have been a member for over a year, under new management. No complaints. No membership issues. Gym is always clean and staff are friendly.... more
Too crowded!. Absolutely good, clean, but too much people inside all the time.. They need extend the operation time!. One of the better gyms I have been to. It is very clean and it's not that busy before 3pm on weekdays and after 2 pm on weekends.... more
Some really good instructors here. Facilities are decent too.. Honestly one of the better NYSCs in NYC. Facilities are well kept and clean, including the men's locker room. There is a nice studio in the basement with plenty of heavy bags and for me the working sauna is a huge plus.... more
There are A lot of bad things I can say about this gym, the most important is that I want in to cancel my membership because of the virus. I don't know if the girl working was incompetent, she assured me my cancelation went thru.... more
I have been coming to Lucille's on and off for 8+years now! There is new equipment and the group classes, etc. are great. I go about 5 times a week and can honestly say it is one of the better gyms in queens.... more
Great staff, amazing gym, and the sauna is the best in the world !!!!. Very neat and facility with everything you would look for in a neighborhood gym. Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for.... more
They charge you after you canceled your membership. I've contacted the account executive who signed me up and she was very rude and I still paying while she didn't answer my emails any longer.... more
Be careful Ladies, on 34th Street PF in the Tanning Rooms area holes where found on the ceiling and a wall missing from its back. It is easy for anyone to creep up as you undress. While tanning, I heard something from the area and then a guy happens to be outside the booth.... more
