Very dirty place, people are not friendly, big place but nothing special and too expensive. Will not recommend it anyone ,not good for kids..Very helpful and friendly staff and more than enough space to train and use equipment.... more
Great space and good instructors. The downside is on popular times, they cram too many people into one studio. I get that its NYC, but you should have enough space to not touch someone on a fold across your mat.... more
Great gym with a wide variety of training equipment to use. My only complaint is the locker rooms.. it would be nice if they would provide some toiletries such as shampoo and lotion like they do at crunch and most other gyms of the same caliber.... more

No-frills studio. No showers and 2 curtained off areas serving as changing spaces. Cubbies for storage instead of lockers. So if you can, come changed and ready to work out. Coming from LA, this is the typical boutique studio setup so I'm not that bothered but I guess it's not quite up to Manhattan standards.... more
