I've been going to the "happy hips" yoga class since it first started, & my body always feels so much better after each and every class. Amanda is so articulate in her instructions that I've actually done classes with my eyes closed! She is also good at giving modifications to those of us who have injuries.... more
I try and go 4 times a week. Treadmill and leg lifts. Very clean facility and nice people. Gym literally does not have a free weight squat rack. Dont call yourself a gym if squatting isnt a valid exercise... more

If I could rate this a negative star I would...ONE star is being generous. 2/18/2020 I have been a member with Work Out World for many years. At one point I had cancelled as I had medical issues and was not really able to go to the gym.... more
