Love the Saturday morning class with Cristy. The space is a quiet clean oasis centrally located. Drop in classes make it easily accessible.

this place is one of the best kept secrets in Nashua! the energy here is clean and the community is high-minded and welcoming. i recommend the deep relaxation sound bath every Sunday night at 7pm with gentle gongs, alchemy crystal Bowls and antique singing bowls from Nepal. then come back for Kundalini yoga with Missy some Monday night... kundalini is not your typical yoga... can't really put it into words and is the sort of thing best experienced by one's self!
