We celebrated our sons 5th birthday at the pool - it was cold outside so I understand that its hard to keep up the heat in the swim hall but other than that the party was a total hit - we had the sweetest life guard/party assistant ever - we were allowed to bring our own foods and drinks for the guests - we also were allowed to leave the party room without doing much cleanup which is a lifesaver after running around catering to every child - we were allowed to bring floatation devices which is a no for most pools I know and most of all - everyone had a lot of fun including the birthday boy.... more

Best gym I have been to by far. A variety of choices as far as machines go like step Masters, cycling,and if you don't feel like doing free weights theres two types of stationary weight lifting machines as well.... more
Very clean. Always lots of equipment to use.love the fact that it's a corporate club and all of the great promotional items are here. If planet fitness comes out with something be sure that this club will have it within a week.... more

I had nothing but issues with this gym. My first meeting with my personal trainer he was very pessimistic about my goals, despite having reached said goals in the past. I gave them a second shot on the personal training side and they cancelled without telling me.... more
Great gym, very clean, new equipment, can not beat price.. Disappointed that they have flyerhung on front door saying closes xmas eve at 5pm I go in at 415 and they tell me they close in 10 mins, never had any issues with staff or my experience here but that is a big let down cuz it's the only time I could make it in today so now cant workout till the 26th... more
Great gym, Chris the rep guy is very friendly and chatty. The sauna the equipment, machines, everything is really good. I had a major time taking care of my health. Hope to come more often after this pandemic!.... more
Went to a birthday at the hooksett location last year and everyone, including the adults and parents, were able to participate and use the same equipment as the kids. Just went to another birthday party recently at the bow location and we were told to sign a waiver to go into the gym, yet we were not allowed to use any equipment.... more
