I joined True Peak in August 2019! I knew Cassie long before True Peak and watching not only her success, but the success of others that they shared, i was interested. I met and signed up. Yes, a little more on the pricey side, but it is manageable for me. I have hit a person hiccup during my program, but Cassie is working with me and taking her time to help me through it to get me back on track. Sam is there as well to help when i need a little extra help. I cant wait to see where the program will take me in next coming months and get closer to my goal! Thank you both for all you do.

I have been working out at this gym for a few weeks now and as a somewhat experienced gym-goer my experience has been nothing short of incredible. The coaches do a great job of helping you push yourself in a safe way. The owners are very supportive and knowledgeable and are just a call/text/email away if you ever have questions. The sense of community at this gym is something that I have never experienced before from any sort of fitness program or gym. I am lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone no matter their experience or level of fitness. These guys will help you reach and even surpass your goals.

My journey with True Peak started last year in Oct 2018. I had seen this ad on Facebook for a 6-week transformation program and I was in a desperate need to change my lifestyle.

Before joining True Peak, I weighed 215 lbs at 26% body fat and I was struggling with a lower back injury. My health was the worst I've ever seen. But today I weigh 172 lbs at 13% body fat with a better body posture, strength, endurance, and mobility. I have the physique that I always wanted to have since I was a kid.

Joining True Peak is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. A transformation with a weight loss of 43 lbs and 13% body fat proves that True Peak helps you achieve your goals.

I love the True Peak Family, everything about True Peak is a mission to encourage healthy living amongst the community. Coaches and members are amazing, you find motivation, encouragement and genuine care at every rep and every count.

If you are looking for a lifestyle change, you should give True Peak a try.

These guys are hands down one of the best gyms i've been to. Their coaches were beyond motivating, and the culture was amazing. If you're looking to finally transform your mind and body then this place is an absolute must!

So im going to start by saying the AD's they run is what reels you in for an appointment, they make it seem as if everyone is happy, when you go in for your appointment and then when they talk about the price for the boot camp it's either you sign up right then and there or you can't sign up if you don't have the money with you or a credit card. So pressured right away like they don't have room and you can't sign up at a later time. And in this appointment they say that losing 15 to 20 lbs is easy almost like a guarantee, but that isn't the case.
So I took the 6 week challenge it was a good workout not going to say that part is bad. But they didn't check up on my progress until week 5 and should have checked in with me sooner know that they weigh you every week and I wasn't seeing much or any weight loss. So when they pulled me in they had at that time told me to change my protein powder to a plant base. So I changed my protein powder and started to see results. So they gave me another week to see if I would lose anything. So by the time my weigh out I had only lost 11 lbs and only 2% body fat. They had also taken me in the office the next week to talk about me continuing with them after the 6 weeks and after them telling me that it was $167. A month to continue and I didn't want to sign up as I don't think that it was worth it as I didn't see the results they said I could get. They pressure you into signing up,and then when you tell they you think that the cost is too much they treat you poorly. Never feel welcomed EVER! Everyone pretty much has the same food plan and not everyone can get the same result off the same food plan. They don't have anyone there that really has a nutrition certification. And when I said maybe I could join later on sometime they told me that if I don't continue now ,I'm not welcome back. That is poor business practice. They look at you for the money not your health. And if people get get hurt you would think they would check up on them but they don't. I feel that they are taking on more then they can handle and in turn they are lacking on give service to the paying people. The people that workout there are better then the owner and the friendly ones. On my last day not even thanks or anything pretty much. Just felt like they could careless about me.

Response to your response:
I feel that it is very unprofessional for you to publish the confidential health conserns I went over with you about my child. As the owner of this facility to post my personal stuff is an issue. It goes to show people that you handle things unprofessional. It speaks for itself.
Sorry you should take some of these things people have to say and fix them.

I had very high hopes when I signed up for this facility. I truly needed a workout that would whip me into shape. I needed someone to take the wheel and just tell me what to do. The ads the run pulled me in. I thought it was ladies only (That's the ad I saw). It wasn't a deal breaker but wasn't as advertised. I want to say that the workouts are great! Always different and challenging. That's where it stops. The owners are money hungry, non approachable and have no problem bad mouthing the other members of my bootcamp. I was told that we could modify as needed and that everyone progresses at their own pace. That's not fully true. You do not start the bootcamp and end it with the same group at the same time. I started with a few others but when you get to the bootcamp room you are mixed with people that have been doing it for 3, 4 even 5 weeks. That can be scary for someone that hasn't done this type of workout.
Everything about what it costs to sign up after your bootcamp is a huge secret. You are introduced to that pricing on week 5 and only given 24-48 hours to decide if you will continue. It was at cheapest $167 per month if you commit to a 12 month contract. Not affordable. Some were told they need to learn how to budget better. Some were gossiped about coaches by saying that they care more about beer and tacos vs health and wellness. We were also told that we won't have the option to come back if we don't sign up now. I was pulled aside on my last day and offered to come back anytime which was nice but I felt it was too little too late. I'm so sad that it ended this way. I feel very hurt and misled. We have a group of 9 people that left True Peek feeling the exact same way but with completely different bad experiences. We are all moving over to a new bootcamp and are really excited to keep working out together but in a much better, healthier environment with coaches that know how to coach. Buyer beware on this one...take your $500 and get yourself to a better bootcamp.

Great gym! The trainers are good at what they do and I feel welcomed here. Their Red Cape 6 week boot camp is great and really helped me!

Excellent facility, encouraging community, great staff and an owner that really cares about the clients. Love this place!

Cannot attest to the level and quality of fitness. I can confidently say that the instructors and staff are rude. They let their clients park in the tenant parking at the commercial property. The staff is disrespectful to fellow businesses. They are rude to employees of fellow businesses. The clientele are rude and disrespectful. They hit, damage vehicles in the parking lot and do not leave notes when damaging vehicles. They block parking lot emergency exits, causing unsafe parking situations. The instructors block roadway traffic for clients to run relays. The instructors prevent tenants from parking during relays being run. It is a blemish on this business community.

10 weeks ago I was messing around on Facebook and came across and ad for TruePeak-to participate in a 6 week challenge for FREE! I was intrigued, showed up to check it out and signed up. I am 8 weeks into my program and could not be happier about my journey so far! Even though I did not meet my initial goal to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks, I did lose 15!! But what I gained?? So much more-confidence, strength, accountability to me and my health and real guidance! There is something to be said for the level of professionalism, skill and guidance you will find at True Peak! I signed up for a year-and will begin CrossFit in May. The best part? Getting me back! They rock.

These crossfitters have to park as close to the door as possible before working out and clog the parking lot making it impossible to reach other businesses in the building.

The challenge really works. It is not a scam. I lost 18 lbs. and 4% body fat in just 6 weeks. More importantly I gained self confidence to make the positive changes to improve my health and well-being.

I've been in & out of CrossFit for a few years, and this is the best facility I've found. Located in downtown Manchester (with parking!), it's big, clean, and has great equipment. More importantly, the coaching is amazing. They make sure that everyone is pushing themselves, but scale the workouts for those that needed, and always are strict about good form.

My favorite part is the on-boarding: to make sure that every member is prepared for the classes, you go through a series of personal training sessions. This makes sure that everyone has a good baseline for their first group class and, more importantly, every member is comfortable with the various movements and lifts that are used.

These guys are great and truly are concerned about the proper form over amount of reps. They are very knowledgeable and everyone is upbeat, positive, encouraging & friendly!
