Disappointed that they have flyerhung on front door saying closes xmas eve at 5pm I go in at 415 and they tell me they close in 10 mins, never had any issues with staff or my experience here but that is a big let down cuz it's the only time I could make it in today so now cant workout till the 26th

Trust me. At first, i was so nervous to go to the gym and have people stare at you. (Especially with a handicap.) It really doesnt matter who u r or what u look like.. We are ALL the same.. There for a purpose.. I love it cuz i can be myself!!!! AWESOME crew too.

Staff dont make everyone feel welcome, the dont greet you or say anything when you leave, I've been going to gyms for years, and this is by far tge JUDGY-EST place I've ever been to. Its more like a Judgment Zone more than a Judgement Free Zone. The staff only stand around and socialize with one another like customers dont even exist when they walk in. The staff let random people to solicate that arent even coming here to work out, letting other customers trying to check in, wait until their conversations are finished, by far the least professional gym I've ever been to, and do not live up to the Planet Fitness persona.

I find it interesting that PF'Goffstown can afford pizza each month(usually cold) yet there is a light in the men's locker room which has been out for over 21/2 months Also the tv in the men's LR doesn't work and I recently noticed a large stain on the ceiling which looks like a water stain Can they not afford to maintain the facility or is it because the young staff members prefer to hang out with their buddies at the front desk ?I will give credit that when a machine is down it is repaired quickly and over all I like the gym.
