A variety of choices as far as machines go like step Masters, cycling,and if you don't feel like doing free weights theres two types of stationary weight lifting machines as well.

I recently switched from plant fitness to this gym because I wanted a less restrictive environment to workout in when it comes to working out with free weights. I love the smaller but well put together gym. The use of space is efficient but not cramped, the bathroom/locker room's were clean and tidy, and the staff kind and helpful.

Great gym. Awesome environment with very friendly people. New management has really helped this gym stay clean as always & very helpful. Would recommend to all. No judging here. Great machines & variety.

I think you can get a better workout at an Internet cafe. Most people who "work out" at this gym are usually hogging up the equipment while surfing the internet on their phones. I am forced to go late in the night and wouldn't attempt to go to this gym during normal hours. Management won't display "no cell phone use " signs either.

My review is two stars instead of one because I wasn't even able to enter the gym. I had a trial membership, but everytime I went no one was at the desk to let me in, even during staffed hours. I was also really disappointed that they didn't have a bike rack.
