this is the BEST yoga place i have ever been to. all the teachers are very nice & experts besides from beautiful . very clean, organized, on time! the only complain i have is, i had the private lesson for $300 supposed to be for 3 hours but Melissa the owner only spent 30 minutes & the rest are just talks! So for those of you who plan to have private lessons make sure to get your money worth!!!! otherwise Melissa is very very nice , she will help you with ALL the yoga needs to the fullest!.... more

The founder, Ellie, hosts well choreographed Ashtanga sessions and offers challenges for even the most skilled yogi. Well worth incorporating into a weekly athletic routine.. If you want to train with the best this is where you need to be. These guys have trained with the professionals in Thailand, fought in Thailand and brought that knowledge to Reno. Whats even better is that they can train any level of fighter.... more

winter baseball training is great for kids. It's large enough to hold 30ish kids, plus coaches. They are able to run several different drills at the same time. It's nice that they are able to train indoors during the winter months.... more

Great place to play with your family and friends, so many things to do and try. There is a dodgeball area, ball pit/play place area, a suspended obstacle course that runs the length of the facility, an arcade, and they even have ramps up to the main trampoline area.... more

Mesa Rim is a fantastic climbing gym. They have 55' walls, a whole bunch-o bouldering, a sauna, yoga, free-weights, cardio machines, and the space is just beautiful. During the day, the place is basically empty, no waiting for routes at all.... more

I cannot believe how rude the clerk was to me. I'm not sure I want to shop here again, or even in the same shopping center.. I love and would recommend this gym to all ages! Most awesome dance studio in Reno. I checked out this gym when looking for a new cheer gym for my daughter. Of the gyms in Reno, this was my least favorite. I'm not quite sure what kind of a program they were running but it was NOT an All-Star Cheer program.... more
