I always enjoy going there for a workout. One of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. Not too crowded. The other gym goers are generally courteous and practice good gym etiquette.... more

Quite, peaceful and very honest. Almost like a big family of people. I can leave my stuff laying around and not worry about it walking off..This is the gym I go to. If you like small gyms with not alot of people this is it.... more
Staff is friendly the gym is clean. They provide spray bottle cleaners to clean if you are a germaphobe and it has everything you need to get fit and into shape. Go Jared.Small and basic but gets the job done.... more

Well maintained facility and great staff. It's by far the most "socially oriented" club I've ever belonged to. If you're new to town and want to meet local people while working out, this is your spot.... more
This is the most disgusting anytime in town. There showers are covered in scum, the shower mats are covered in dirt, all of the floors are dirty and can literally see a residue of filth.... more

Yes, the gym itself needs an overhaul or a really good cleaning crew to come in, but they have some great class instructors for group fitness. Virginia and Emma both deserve a shout out for great Zumba classes and Aida is very innovative as well.... more
