Great gym, great owner. Classes are efficient and effective. Would recommend to just about anyone who's looking to get stronger and/or healthier.
Stopped in at Silverback S&C on my way through Reno. Adam has a fantastic setup and obviously a great community going on.
During the course of my workout, Adam gave me several cues that I will carry with me to improve my lifts, especially the squat. He knows his stuff and has the expertise to quickly resolve any technical issues a lifter may have.
I plan to stop back in again very soon, and would recommend Silverback S&C to anyone looking to refine their technique or simply get started with barbell training. Adam is a fantastic coach.
