this is the BEST yoga place i have ever been to. all the teachers are very nice & experts besides from beautiful . very clean, organized, on time! the only complain i have is, i had the private lesson for $300 supposed to be for 3 hours but Melissa the owner only spent 30 minutes & the rest are just talks! So for those of you who plan to have private lessons make sure to get your money worth!!!! otherwise Melissa is very very nice , she will help you with ALL the yoga needs to the fullest!.... more
There's nothing boring about this gym! Each day the workouts are different and since there are three options of workout intensity anyone can do it! The coaches make sure each person is doing a given exercise properly to avoid injury.... more
