Massage Review:
I booked a 1 hour deep-tissue massage with Karli and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I do a lot of sports and need to get bodywork. Karli had a good pressure (I asked her for it), great technique and used the time perfectly to work mostly on my shoulders and neck and then the rest of the body. Amazing experience, only regret is to not have booked a 1.5 h appointment!

I had an amazing time in Jakes class! By far the best studio for cardio dance in the area! Super clean, very modern, friendly staff and all professional instructors. Definitely a must!
Great class on Saturday with Jake. Also, they do have massages as well, which are reasonably priced and available on shorter notices than other places.
This is the best place to do Zumba anywhere. Instructors are awesome and fun, sound system amazing and staff is nice.
Nice clean facility/reasonable drop-in rate/Myra was on point-high energy, fun music/easy to follow/best workout in a long time and I've been to a lot of Zumba classes
