She has been very aware of my limitations and has taken me farther in my wellness than I believed possible. She has also worked with the other instructors, such as Kellee Hodge, to insure that I always receive appropriate support and training. Kellee has always been willing to help me and keep me on track. I truly appreciate the changes they have brought to my life.

I have been attending regular classes for about a year and a half and my posture, strength and flexibility are noticeably improved. Kim is an excellent and knowledgeable instructor, who believes in continuing education.
