I dropped in for a week while working in KC and I gotta tell ya...this gym sets THE standard. They are friendly, explanative and gave me a thorough tour upon my first visit even asked if I had a water bottle! The coaching was top notch as was the programming.... more

This was a great gym. Amazing staff. However it has closed on Jun 28th 2019 .... Sad it will be missed. This gym has it all, from new equipment to incredible trainers. The staff is always so helpful and strive on keeping the gym always looking great.... more
Great place to work out. I love my Curves. It is a great place to work out. Fun with other women. I can let my hair down, chat, say hi to others. If I am gone for awhile I am missed and so am always motivated to get back to working out.... more
