Facility is in the process of being updated. However the atmosphere and staff are great! Plenty of machines to use and a row of free weights. I never really have to wait to use anything.... more
I actually come close to looking forward to my workouts with Doug. He explains the exercises, we laugh, the music is great and the time goes by quickly. Doug's knowledge of the field is impressive and I'm very pleased with the results.... more
No Meatheads here!.This gym is god sent. Not many gyms out there in KC where they have a dark colored walls with art of the muscle anatomy. This gym has new stairmaster and treadmills which is a plus but another thing I love about this place are the free weights and racks.... more
This was a great gym. Amazing staff. However it has closed on Jun 28th 2019 .... Sad it will be missed.This gym has it all, from new equipment to incredible trainers. The staff is always so helpful and strive on keeping the gym always looking great.... more
I just joined zone 6 about a month ago and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff is really friendly and they do a great job of catering to all types of individuals..I was only attending here since May 2019 and i must say that it's the real deal.... more

The vibe is cool here. The space is big enough to accommodate a large class and not be too cramped. The culture is cool and not high brow by any means. People like to do their practice, talk, and generally have a good time.... more
The prices are really good here . It's a HUGE gym, so never feels that busy. They have a wide variety of classes morning, noon and night. I'm looking forward to the pool this summer .... more

They provide a SAFE, fun place indoors 4 my children to get excersise, internet computer access, swimming & swim lessons, & gathering place to make new friendships. Its also allowed our family to have a place to shower daily during a time when we haven't been able to have such a VALUABLE & SIMPLE resource as water.... more
It's a gym. Not the best gym. No one knows how to re rack a weight. It's also under construction at the moment, I'm curious to see what it will be like when it's done, but I moved so I probably won't get the chance.... more

PF can be a bit lackluster when it comes to free weight selection. The little they have is often super crowded. That said, the KC area has super expensive gyms, and incredibly run down gyms.... more
It no longer exists on 8th and Armstrong sad but true.open the pool update guys locker rooms the Sauna is not hot and Steam Room has little steam be nice if you had two pool's so you can go nude.... more
