It is clean and friendly. Has lots of equipment. Don't have to stand in line for equipment. Trainer is nice and helpful. Price is good.. Lots of variety, multiples of popular machines or variations of, and equipment is nicely spaced out.... more
Great family location for birthdays and parties. Do not recommend visiting alone due to side of town but they do a wonderful job with upkeep. Family center is extremely nice!. I love history.... more

Pretty good gym all things considered. Only complaint I have is its been difficult to cancel. I stopped going mid last year at some point and I am still being charged. To be fair, the owner did reach out and try to do his best to resolve the problem but there appeared to be some confusion.... more

Lots of equipment variety, very clean, easy and convenient for me to get a workout in before work every morning.. Not a fan of the new layout. Eliminating sled, turf, deadlift platforms, a squat rack with bumper bars, and other elements in favor of blocking off access to one room entirely and cramming free weight equipment into another restricted use room? Bad call.... more
This place is HORRIFIC. They threatened me with charges over $100 for private lessons that they said I was a no call/no show to, when I had no clue my daughter was even scheduled. Nobody ever called me back when I tried to originally call to set up privates, which that should have been a sign.... more
