Good gym, clean, attentive customer services, a positive place to be! Limited parking..It's fine but dirty and run down. They don't plow the parking lot or shovel the stairs, there's furniture tipped over and blocking the emergency exit, they're usually out of soap and paper towels in the bathrooms , a bunch of the barbells and dumbbells are broken, and there are frequent break ins so your property isn't very safe.... more

Warning lots of criminal activity theft and straight people that come in and out causing a lot of feelings of apprehension no security and management is very unprofessional Young untrained and very unappreciative of clientele would never go back.... more
It's the BIGGEST Snap Fitness I've been too! It has 3 different levels and plenty of equipment so there's always something to do. Plus they have free WIFI and phone chargers..Nice place to work out at.... more
Decent gym, they have everything you need here and more. The space is a little small but there typically aren't too many people so it's not a problem. The staff are friendly and most of the patrons are too.... more
It's ok.The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone that works here is very friendly I recommend this location..This gym is the best! This review is based upon my 12 years being a Anytime Fitness member. Not always at the North Loop Location. With every chain, there are good locations and not so good locations. I would put North Loop in the not so good location compared to the other Anytime Fitness centers I have gone to over my membership years.... more
Dirty, old equipment, pathetic locker rooms. Basic maintenance fails to happen. New manager has decided floor mats on the locker room have to go, but has the floor ever seen a mop.... more
Sadly this club is pretty rough shape. Really dirty, broken equipment, and a bathroom that appeared to have not been cleaned in quite sometime. There were pieces of equipment for the cable machine laying around all over the place, and I could barely find what I was looking for.... more
