I would avoid this gym. I have heard bad stories about this gym and would stay away from it. There are many other better choices. I would not give it any stars but google won't allow it.... more

This review is based upon my 12 years being a Anytime Fitness member. Not always at the North Loop Location. With every chain, there are good locations and not so good locations. I would put North Loop in the not so good location compared to the other Anytime Fitness centers I have gone to over my membership years.... more

Sadly this club is pretty rough shape. Really dirty, broken equipment, and a bathroom that appeared to have not been cleaned in quite sometime. There were pieces of equipment for the cable machine laying around all over the place, and I could barely find what I was looking for.... more

AWFUL costumer service. And I do not say this lightly. I have had several interactions, with just UNPLEASANT, miserable looking people at the front desk. Just quit if you hate your job!
