Sacred Space is just that, a sacred space. It is a truely beautiful space with a warm atmosphere. Caitlin has built an amazing community. The classes are very holistic. Teachers are good with modifing poses for folks who aren't able to reach as deep of stretches. It's my happy place.
I was visiting from out of town and dropped in for their Sunday flow class with acoustic guitar with Ashley and Ian. The class was amazing.......almost worth a trip to Minneapolis just by itself. So glad to have had the opportunity and only wish it was my neighborhood yoga studio.

Sacred Space is literally one of the best studios I have been to in the Twin Cities. The Sunday morning Bhakti sound bath is incredible and unique. This space is welcoming, accepting, and is truly a gem and I cannot wait to try out their other offerings.
