I normally do not like writing bad reviews. If I could not give any stars I wouldn't. Overpriced for a small gym. Yes it's open 24 hours so is LA fitness for $10 a month. Trying to cancel my membership was like pulling teeth.... more

The girl at the front deskis really rude , I hope planet fitness management should learn how to hire a good friendly person for this position , I want the management to take serious action on this because I'm not the only one I read the reviews there are a lot of complaints about her if still the management is not taking any action which means they doesn't care about their customers.... more
