The girl at the front deskis really rude , I hope planet fitness management should learn how to hire a good friendly person for this position , I want the management to take serious action on this because I'm not the only one I read the reviews there are a lot of complaints about her if still the management is not taking any action which means they doesn't care about their customers.... more
Does anyone know if they are charging current members during the pandemic?. Northeast Fitness has a great and friendly staff. In the morning the gym is pretty empty and even though the afternoon does get busy I have never needed to wait for a machine other than the stair master.... more
Pay your workers better. Clean the facility once in a while. Stop admitting new guests and promoting overcrowding. Front desk staff needs to act more polite towards guests. Whole place is a disappointment.... more
