I normally do not like writing bad reviews. If I could not give any stars I wouldn't. Overpriced for a small gym. Yes it's open 24 hours so is LA fitness for $10 a month. Trying to cancel my membership was like pulling teeth.

Absolutely excited about becoming a member here. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Monthly rates are reasonable. A comfortable place to work out. Looking forward to the new challenges here.

So happy I found this gem. From day 1 I was greeted with smiling faces and encouraging coaches. The staff always greet me by name and personalize every interaction we have together. They keep the facilities and equipment clean and always have fun activities or challenges going for the members. The coaches know what they're doing and have excellent tips and advice to make sure you're doing moves safely and effectively.
The group training classes are way more fun and motivating than working out alone. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness, especially this location!

Walking through Anytime Fitness' doors 3 years ago was one of the best decisions I have made as a young adult. Going to the gym 4-5 times a week was something I never made into a long term habit, until I became a member at Anytime. From my new member meeting and every.single.day until I left the building for the last time, the staff was exceptional in everything they did. This is three years of bringing energy, focus, and love to the gym and the people that used it. They gave their full attention to every client, every day and were also helpful and kind to those that were casual members. Not once did I feel that they didn't give it their all or put in work everyday and, at least to me, it looked like they enjoyed working there. I am sad to go, because it's the best gym I've ever joined and, if you put in the time, you'll see the benefits and feel apart of something there. It's a small, tight group over at 475 Hancock, and I will miss it dearly.

I have been a member of this awesome community for over a year. The gym is clean. The equipment is new and in working condition. The staff really care for this gym. Christine will greet you with a smile and will show you the ropes. Keith will demonstrate stretches and exercises to get you in shape. Andrew gets technical with exercise and is happy to share the science behind each movement we perform. Every coach at the gym is approachable and happy to help should you need it. The staff at the gym offer a variety of classes to accommodate for all levels of fitness. You will find yourself sweating and challenged. Every member of the gym is respectful and kind, and they expect the same from you. There is no place for attitude. This is a place of tremendous support, community, challenges, and growth. I love working out here and have become a regular 7 days a week person. My only regret about this gym is that I did not join it sooner.

PICK ANY OTHER GYM. Member for about 8 months, had to cancel because of a work related move. Was charged a ridiculous rate to cancel, I was almost better off finishing out the year membership. I regretted joining about 1 month in but held off to give it a fair shot. Very SMALL gym so expect to wait for mediocre equipment, and harassing emails. Would NEVER have recommended this gym to anyone before, but after this latest hassle I feel obligated to warn people away from this gym.

This is a great gym. The staff is all knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. They have a great selection of equipment that is taken very good care of. Love that you can go 24/7 too.

The best personal trainers around! They really take your fitness to a personal level and tailor exercises to your ability. Lots of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. New stair climber. Has a variety of weights and resistance training equipment. Video lessons. Open 24 hours.

Great 24 hour gym. Staff are truly awesome people. It's a bit small, but has all the equipment I need. I used to live close by but moved further away. Still stuck with this gym since I enjoy it so much.

Has to be the worst gym in the South Shore.
The staff (with the exception of Christine) are the most unprofessional and uninformed I've seen in 20 plus yrs of going to gyms.
After repeatedly asking to have my membership canceled I was charged monthly for over a year with zero attendance. Zero.
They may put on a nice game face but could care less about the game.
They only play for the money $$$
