This studio is new and a welcome addition to the Hampden-Medfield yoga scene. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage, classes run all day fit for any schedule, and the teachers really make an effort to get your feedback and see if you like the class.... more

Always friendly staff..No AC on the top floor in the summer it's hot as hell. Employees are mostly great! too small equipment are too close. ventilation is bad good luck if you're next to some smelly dudes.... more
Excellent gym in a repurposed bank. Great for lifters and those in search of diverse, creative equipment. Plenty of tvs, staff is excellent, locker rooms are quiet and well maintained.... more

Enjoy working out at this gym because it's peaceful and everyone minds their own business. Drama free..Great gym and they just got new equipment..I never had a bad experience in this gym as far as customer service or the quality of the machinery, etc.... more
All 'free' weights are in guided racks. Mostly cardio. Employees cleaned the floors and equipment twice in 20 minutes leaving chemical scents. The price is the best feature of this gym.... more
