Been here twice when we visit Baltimore. Great classes both times!. It's an interesting concept. The room is very dark and the music blasts. There is a trainer at the front who is telling you how fast to go, when to squeeze your abs, basically coaching/encouraging you.... more
Always friendly staff.. No AC on the top floor in the summer it's hot as hell. Employees are mostly great! too small equipment are too close. ventilation is bad good luck if you're next to some smelly dudes.... more
Had a four-year-old's birthday party at Sokol. The kids had a great time running around, jumping on trampolines, and climbing on the apparatus. Very friendly staff made sure things started safe and organized.... more
Excellent gym in a repurposed bank. Great for lifters and those in search of diverse, creative equipment. Plenty of tvs, staff is excellent, locker rooms are quiet and well maintained.... more

I signed up for a Barre Burn class on 1/27/18 about a week ahead of time. I was excited to try this studio. Upon arrival, however, I was told that I could not participate in the class because there was another person in the class who, based on her religious beliefs, did not want any men in the class.... more
No complaints. Sauna and hot tube. Didn't work out yet. So can't give a full review. But sauna GREAT hot tube ok. Good branch, not too crowded, clean, good atmosphere and cool.people attending to this facility.... more
