Great place to practice!. I've been a couple of times so far and I definitely need to join and go regularly. There's something about the heat that loosens up the muscles and also makes the session feel more like a workout than a regular yoga class.... more

I went there for a community class. The instructor did an excellent job giving me alternate poses etc as I am not very flexible and nee to Yoga. Overall a positive experience.. New to this studio, I tried it out with the 8 class pack.... more
