So glad to have these guys are in The Point! I've had classes with Cynthia and Elizabeth, and both of them were great, suitable for a variety of levels. I got a good stretch, a little work out, and some good meditation. They do remind you of things to strive for with your alignment and form, and they do guide your breathing, but for the most part, they just take you through the poses rather than giving a lot of meditation guidance or extra information. The space is lovely.
