Great local gym! I tried the 'Strong Class' that had kettle bells, TRX work, body movement, and some squats. I liked the small group format and close attention from the coach. Learned some new exercises and going to be sore tomorrow.... more

Really, really loved this gym. I was Louisville on business and made the effort to cross over to Indiana just to work out here . Beautiful gym and super professional staff. Absolutely the best.. this place is wonderful! The trainers are great, the community feel is great and the options for class times work well with a 8-5 work schedule. I didn't think i would love this place as much as i do, but i have been going for 2 years and never think about changing gyms!... more
