Nice well lit, hopping. Their smoothie bar is great, prices are what you'd expect about 7 bucks a smoothie. They have a great meeting room upstairs that they use for a networking group each thursday 11:30 am to 1pm for business owners.... more

I'm doing the six week challenge and I have lost my 25 lbs already. I weighed in at 279.2 and 4 weeks later when I finished my class today I weighed in at 254.2. The place is awesome, staff is nice and easy to work with.... more
Parisi and their weight training program allowed me to not only raise my maxes in the weight room but helped me to maximize my own athleticism. In just around a month of training there I was able to increase my maxes, heighten my verticals jump, and bring my sprint times down.... more

We have tried several of their instructors over the last year. Miss Lauren is my daughters favorite! She pushes each child and her classes always seem to be full. I live that our daughter can advance with her instructor through the higher levels as we go.... more
