Went in to get my membership and the guy behind the counter did not know how to set up membership because management. If I return to set up a membership will not be at this location and if I do set up membership I will not come back to this location. Ok 2 times in a row coming to this establishment and nobody knows what they're doing with membership and the gentleman working was not even behind the counter but sitting over at a table snacking or eating. He did not know I was there until I walked up and asked a question and then said that they leave him there by himself.

I did not have my membership here for very long because of the staff and lack of communication. My first monthly payment double charged me, I called the gym to see what was up, the woman on the phone said that she didn't see the double charge on my account so I should call my bank. I called my bank and they told me there was for sure 2 charges. I called Planet Fitness again and the same girl answered, still insisting the account was not double charged. When I told her to look at payment history and she would see 2 charges on Janurary 17 for the same amount she finally looked and said "oh I guess it was double charged" but then told me she couldn't refund it and to call back tomorrow when the manager was present to issue a refund and immediately hung up on me.
I called back the next day, the manager said they would get that refund issued and it would be back to me in 5 business days.
Over a week later, I still had not been issued the refund. I called the gym and they said they had simply put the second charge onto my Feburary payment so I wouldn't be charged my monthly in February but would still be charged my yearly on February first, even though online it stated that my yearly fee would be in March.
I asked why they had rolled it onto my Feburary monthly instead of refunding it like I was told it would be without asking me first and they said they forgot to contact me.
I went into the gym to just cancel my subscription because I was simply done with the lack of communication or professionalism. They then tried to said I had to pay $58. I told them they better subtract the the $24.78 from that total and they seemed confused about that having happened at all. They finally canceled but I'm still not happy with how any of situation was handled I'm furious I still had to pay to get out of my membership.

Good place to work out on a budget.
Wish they would fix all the soap dispensers in the bathroom seems like only one works at any given time

Love putting work in at this gym. Get my sweat on, tan and finish up with a massage. Can't get any better than that.

This place is so great! The cleanliness is outstanding!!! The staff is never standing still. They are always shining the place up! This is nice to see, since the germ level is probably off the charts at ANY gym. Grateful they go out if their way!

Ive been going to PF for a year and I love it! Open 24 hrs and its very clean. Lots of workout machines. The reason for 4 stars is because of their tanning beds. I have their black card membership because I wanted free tanning in their standup bed. The bed is a top of the line bed but they set it so it doesnt put out as much as it can.

I love how cheap this gym is and the fact that you can really make things work for you here. Most of the workers are very nice and arent afraid of conversation. I would like to see expansions in some equiptment eventually but this is a small chain so you can't expect too much. Perfect place for beginners, elders, or pros looking for a great deal!

Always clean and the staff will help you with whatever you need or leave you to do your thing. Love this low-key gym, and it's open 24/7, which works well with my schedule.

I asked the manager Kyrstin why it was so cold. (I was shivering during my workout) she replied "because the air conditioning is on." Yes I understand that air conditioning makes it colder inside. I don't think a manager should have such a terrible and snarky attitude. It's a nice gym and clean, but don't try to get a positive attitude from the GM.

Just got a membership and so far so good! Everything is clean and there are a lot of machines that you can use. There is plenty of equipment that you shouldn't have to wait to use it. The locker rooms are spacious and clean. You do need to bring your own lock if you want to use a locker, but they do have ones you can buy there. I have had a good experience so far.

Staff is a little inattentive but otherwise nice relaxed atmosphere. I can definitely exercise in peace. The several times I've been there there is enough equipment that I'm never waiting for something.

I've been going here for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and greets me upon arrival. The facility has always been spotless. I go over my lunch break and like the fact there are always plenty of machines open.

I have enjoyed being a black card member. Not only do I get to use the weight room but I'm able to tan unlimited. Plus after a good workout I can use the lay down massage beds to workout any sore or tight muscles. So i recommend the black card to everyone I talk to about the gym. For a few more dollars you can get some added bonuses.

Equipment is kept in good condition, facilities are kept spotless. Staff is helpful. It's a smaller facility but you can find most of the equipment one would reasonably expect.

Great branch, nice staff, the machines are well kept up and you can't beat the price ! They have a lot of help and support available for those who need it. Personal trainers with tips for your desired workout routine , lots of member activities as well.

As a woman. this place just feels very unsafe after 7pm. It's worth it to pay more to be in a facility like the Y, where you don't feel like you're being targeted or followed to your car after your workout. Also, the perks of a black card member are lost when the tanning beds don't heat up and the bulbs are old (notice the "Caution: New Bulbs signs" are always up, so they aren't actually new at all). The massage chairs are great, if people have enough courtesy to get out of them after their time is out; instead, you can get stuck waiting for 15 or 20 minutes on the same two people. You get what you pay for. If you like things like a track, pool, basketball courts, more variety in equipment, and safety - Planet Fitness is not for you.
