Wait times are terrible. They demand you give personal information in return for a day pass. All I tried to get was a day pass and I was asked for my home address, phone number and then denied when I didn't feel comfortable providing those.... more

And close attention to what you signed because they completely and utterly lie to you and hurry you along through the process so that you don't notice all the fine details that allows them to charge you thousands of dollars.... more
