Kelsey's instruction is AWESOME! She accommodates the movements to any skill level and encourages often. Her flow classes are challenging to anyone that attends. You leave her classes feeling refreshed and renewed. You HAVE TO try Limitless Yoga out!
It had been several years since I practiced yoga when I went to one of Kelsea's classes. I have tried many, many yoga classes and Kelsea is hands down my favorite yoga instructor! She is enormously knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and the physicality of proper modifications for beginners and more challenging poses for the experience yogi. Limitless Yoga provides a wealth of yoga experiences beyond the studio: yoga at the park, a winery, and with exotic animals from Tanganyika are just of few of the places that Limitless Yoga has traveled. I highly, highly recommend Kelsea and Limitless Yoga for anyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi--you won't be disappointed!
I cannot say enough on how wonderful Limitless Yoga is. Kelsea is the best instructor I have ever had the pleasure of taking a class with. She is so knowledge on poses, alignment points, adjustments, key anatomy, focused instruction, ect. Her knowledge and expertise allows her to personalize each class. I would HIGHLY recommend her for private lessons! She has helped me emensely on my physical and mental health. The perfessionalism is also yet another great attribute of Limitless Yoga.
