Honestly, this is an amazing workout for anyone. Beginners and advanced. I have been working out for a while and this class was a great way to get my blood pumping and get me moving. The instructors are amazing and i love the mixture of kickboxing and cardio.

These guys will give you the cardio your looking for. Mixture of High intensity workout and bag work as well as partner drills. They are always quick to ask how class went and how we feel. They take time to point out those who have made attempts to achieved their goals and give them credit for it. Great workout!

It is a good workout, but beware if you have to cancel your membership for any reason. Management will make you jump through hoops and try to get more money than they are owed. Be prepared to put a stop payment on your account and be pushed around.

iLoveKickboxing-Coventry is one of the best places to go for a workout. The staff are always nice and truly help to push & motivate you to keep coming back and to push harder every time. I encourage everyone to check it out!
