Love all the group lessons, they are challenging and constantly changing to keep you engaged. The new gym is beautiful and bright! A refreshing place to workout!. Great workout but I am frustrated by front desk and management's lack of response to membership questions.... more

My kids love this place and very nice staff. Reason for 4 rather than 5 is I got dunked on twice playing bball there.. Love their Camp Echo. The place is very loving and cheering for anyone who visit them.... more
Very frustrating place to have a good experience. The owner is a self-proclaimed yoga guru complete with pony-tail, however, he does not like to be questioned or challenged. Such as; on a credit card charge that showed on my account a month after I'd stopped going or why he would not make a paying customer aware of an existing Groupon deal and charge that customer full price as I asked him about after taking 1 class.... more
Love this gym! Tim is the best trainer around, the machines are vast and varied and the sauna is awesome.. Staff is helpful. Classes offered at no extra charge are taught by excellent teachers each offer various strengths in their programs so if one is not to your liking try another class.... more
It is a great place to work out alone, or take a fitness class. The pool is a welcomed addition in the city! William is an excellent personal trainer and Melissa V. is the BEST membership advisor.... more
